  • In case of order cancellation, either by the customer or Nekst Shoes, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Nekst Shoes is not responsible for delays or issues during the refund process.

  • In case of cancellation or return, the refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase.

  • The order will be shipped only after receiving the credit to Nekst Shoes' bank account, which may take a few working days.

2.4. In-Store Payment:

  • You can pay and collect your order directly at our store. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or other payment methods accepted in-store.
  • The item will be reserved for 3 days; after this period, if payment hasn't been made, the items will be put back on sale.
