Shipping and Returns

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the shipping and return procedures for products purchased through the Nekst Shoes online store (https://nekst.shoes), managed by Magic s.a.s. di Dalli Cani Antonella e C., with registered office at Corso Umberto I 18, Bardolino, VR, Italy, VAT ID 02518150236.

2. Shipping

2.1. Italy:

Shipping costs are €9 for all orders under €150 delivered within Italy.
Shipping is free for all orders over €150.
Standard delivery times are generally 1-2 business days.

2.2. Abroad (International):

Shipping costs are €15 for all orders under €150 delivered outside Italy.
Shipping is free for all orders over €150.
Delivery times are generally 2-4 business days, depending on the destination country.

2.3. Shipment Tracking:

Once the order is confirmed and shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment status.

3. Returns

3.1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions:

In accordance with European consumer rights regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or request a size exchange, the Customer must contact Nekst Shoes customer service by phone or email.

Return costs and conditions are as follows:

  • Italy:
    • Return for refund (total or partial): The return cost is €9.
    • Size exchange: Returns for the purpose of a size exchange are free of charge.
  • Abroad (International):
    • Return for refund (total or partial): The return cost is €15.
    • Size exchange: Returns for the purpose of a size exchange are free of charge.

3.2. How to Return:

  • From Home or Alternative Address:
    • Contact our customer service to arrange collection by courier within 24-48 hours (applies to both paid returns and free returns for size exchange).
    • The product must be intact, returned in its original packaging, and packed in a suitable shipping box.
  • In Store:
    • The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging along with the receipt.
    • A shipping box is not required for in-store returns.

3.3. Limitations to the Right of Return:

The right of return is voided in the following cases:

  • The product has been partially used.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • Integral parts of the product are missing.
  • The product is damaged due to causes other than transportation.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, Nekst Shoes will process the refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed. For returns subject to a fee, the return cost (€9 for Italy, €15 for abroad) will be deducted from the refund amount.
